OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer)
There are mainly two kinds of services: a) Customers can select from our existing products and place orders directly. b) Customers can offer us their self-designed products or some important materials, and then we will produce according to customers’ requirements.
We have a persistent plan of maintaining the advanced nature of designs and functions. On average, we will release about five to six new products every month. For those common or singular models on the market, we are able to develop rapidly in half a month and put them into production. To ensure the quality of OEM products, we’ve introduced from Japan the advanced aging testing room, finished assembly lines, skillful workers, sound quality managing system and so on.
ODM(Original Design Manufacturer)
ODM is the most outstanding advantage of our company. Customers can offer their product design programs, we, in accordance with customers’ requirements, will proceed with the functional development and designs from the shell to the inner electronic circuit. We can develop those popular models in the market quickly, usually within half a month.
Our company cooperates with SIGMATEL,ACTION,SAMSUNG, and other IC companies who provide us with professional technical support. We have professional design engineers, electronic engineers, and structural engineers, who are especially responsible for developing ACTION, ROCKCHIP, SIGMATEL, and other popular programs, and exploring and integrating a variety of advanced features, such as FM launch, Bluetooth, and Touch screen . We can also produce both plastic and metal shell with complex craftwork. All the new products will be tested seriously and be put into small amount trial production before finishing. It’s only after all the functions are up to grade that we can accomplish them. The development cycle is depended on the complexity of the product. Generally speaking, it takes two months to develop a new product (including the shell and functions), while three weeks for function alone.
