This video itself is over 7 minutes and I only used a merely 1% battery with the screen on the whole 7 mins, the standby is a lot greater obviously. So the video itself shows how good your phones battery will be if not better. I also do not recommend multiple short charges, avoid those.

The WiFi Manager app is a simple way to find, connect, manage and secure your Wi-Fi networks. The app lists the accessible Wi-Fi networks along with their channel number, security type and signal strength.
The free and premium versions of the WiFi Manager app are available on the Android Market and they require Android 1.6 or above. The WiFi Manager Premium version costs USD 1.75.
You can decide what the app will show on its home screen, a choice of either Live networks or Known networks. You can also sort out the networks you are connected to by signal, by name, or by Open first.
If you tap on ‘Auto’, the app will always check for a Wi-Fi connection.
Tap the Menu button to check what else the app can do for you.
To add a new Wi-Fi network tap ‘Add network’ and enter the SSID, Security type (like Open network, WEP or WPA etc) and the Password. Then tap ‘Add’.
In Settings you can change how often you want the app to auto-scan in the ‘Update interval’ setting. You can change the appearance of the app in the ‘Theme’ setting. You can even set it up to play a sound when an open network is found. You can also decide whether you want to see the display signal as an image, decibel or percentage.

Based on research compiled by GfK Asia, smartphones have taken over the market for mobile handsets in Southeast Asia. The region’s use of smartphones has exploded with two out of every three mobile handset users now carrying a smartphone in his back pocket or in her purse. Last year, one in two handset owners in the area was using a smartphone.
In areas like Singapore and Malaysia, these devices are employed by 88% of those carrying a mobile phone. Smartphone use continues to grow in the region. In the first quarter of this year, 7.7 million units were purchased at a cost of USD 2.4 million. GfK Asia says that in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, and Cambodia, growth in smartphone use year over year ranged from 40% to as high as 400%.
